Dodohando (52x3′) is a new series of stop motion, non-dialogue shorts following on from the hugely successful initial series of 13 episodes which has had millions of views on YouTube after broadcast on TRT. It comes from Turkey’s Maara Animation which has 15 years’ experience making animation for TV, commercials and music videos.

Dodohando is a charming, funny and slightly surreal series featuring a claymation figure, Dodo, and a human hand which creates and sculpts all the props during the episodes. The childlike Dodo is cute, curious and excitable but also somewhat accident- prone. Dodo enthusiastically greets every object which is created by the hand and goes into action immediately to use it. The hand has a playful or even mischievous streak and often plays tricks on Dodo.  Despite all the obstacles created by the hand, Dodo never gives up trying to achieve his goal.
